Tank Cooks Air Fryer Roast Beef

Directions:

  1. Take Roast out for 30 minutes before cooking 
  2. Cover in oil 
  3. Rub in spices of choice (Ac'Cent, Salt, Pepper, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Powder) 
  4. Cook Roast at 375° F in an Air Fryer for 30 minutes per pound until it reaches 140° F. 
  5. Let Roast stand for 20 minutes before slicing. 

For Gravy:

  1. Add beef broth to the pan and pour it into a pot. 
  2. Mix flour, water, and cornstarch to broth and beef drippings from the Air Fryer pan. 
  3. Let it thicken, and add Gravy Master.
